Ministry of Information & Communications is organizing the Annual ICT Conference on the theme “Empowering Bhutan - Connecting the Professionals” from 24th to 25th December, 2009. The conference is held with the objective to deliberate on issues of HR rationalization, parenting role of MoIC,share detail ICT plans and progress on ongoing projects and share experiences and issues faced by the ICT sectors. In this regard we would like to invite all ICT personnel from various ministries and agencies to attend the conference. All expenses will be borne by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
