Call for registration for "Java and Android Based Mobile Apps Development", Capacity Development

Department of IT & Telecom will be conducting Capacity Development on “Android based Mobile App development with JAVA” tentatively from 1st Week - 4th Week of March 2018, at Thimphu Bhutan. The main objective of the training is to conduct hands-on development of mobile application that is in demand by the Agencies (List Attached).

The startup weekend is 54 hours program that runs over a weekend from Friday to Sunday. The event is conducted to promote startups and innovation in the country.

Travel Advisory on Coronavirus Outbreak

In light of the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan City, China and cases reported in 15 other countries as of today (30th Jan 2020) including Sri Lanka, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Nepal; the Ministry of Health urges the general public to avoid/postpone travel to these countries for holidays, pilgrimage, leisure etc…until the outbreak is officially contained.
